THEY/RE FOR APPAREL is not responsible for any order that is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information, or in the highly unlikely event a parcel is lost by New Zealand Post. Please take care to check and double check the delivery information is correct.


We regret to inform you we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any purchase. Be careful to review sizing info provided, and fit guidelines/photos of product to ensure you select the correct size.

 

If you have a concern with your order, contact lucy@theyreforapparel.com and we will do what we can to find a suitable solution. You must be able to show proof of purchase.

 

If you believe you have received a faulty garment, contact the above address. Again, you must have proof of purchase and we will require photographic proof of the fault. Wear and tear is not a fault. While we have created you a high quality NZ made garment, like people, clothing ages.

THEY/RE FOR APPAREL assure you your personal information is confidential and will not be passed on. No spam. No greencard lotteries. No dodgy Ipad competitions.


Similarly we will never obtain your billing information, as our billing is administered through PayPal. If you have doubts, read up on PayPal before making your purchase.
